What should I do if the magnetic pump encounters a problem? The following is the solution.

(1)The magnetic pump shaft is broken. The pump shaft of the magnetic pump uses 99% alumina porcelain, the main reason for the pump shaft break is that because the pump is running empty, the bearing dry grinding and the shaft is broken. When the pump inspection is disassembled, the bearing is seen to be worn and the main way to prevent the pump from breaking is to avoid empty running of the pump.

(2)Magnetic centrifugal pump bearing damage. The bearings of magnetic pumps are made of high-density carbon, which can cause damage to the bearings in the event of water loss or impurities in the pump. The coaxiality requirements between the magnetic rotors inside and outside the cylinder coupling will also directly affect the life of the bearing if not guaranteed.

(3) The magnetic centrifugal pump does not produce liquid. Magnetic pump can not hit liquid is the most likely failure of the pump, the reason is also more. First of all, should check whether the pump's suction line has leakage place, check whether the air in the suction pipe is discharged, whether the amount of liquid perfusion in the magnetic pump is sufficient, whether there is a clutter blockage in the suction pipe, should also check whether the pump is reversed (especially after changing the motor or after the power supply line overhaul), should also pay attention to whether the pump's suction height is too high. If the above check can not be solved, the pump can be removed to check whether the pump shaft is broken, should also check whether the pump's dynamic ring, static ring is intact, the entire rotor can be a small amount of axial movement. If axial movement is difficult, check that the carbon bearings are too tightly bound to the pump shaft. It is worth noting that the magnetic pump repair several times can not find the problem, should pay attention to whether the work of the magnetic coupling is normal. Bearings, internal magnetic rotors and spacer will generate heat in operation, which will increase the operating temperature, on the one hand, the transmission of power, on the other hand, the transmission of easy-to-vaporized liquid magnetic pump will cause a lot of trouble. The power transmitted by magnetic steel is a continuous downward curve with the increase of temperature, usually, the decrease of transmission capacity is reversible below the operating limit temperature of magnetic steel, and the loss of transmission capacity can no longer be restored after the temperature of the limit is irreversible. In special cases, when the magnetic coupling appears slip (out of step), the vortex heat in the compartment will increase sharply, the temperature will rise sharply, if not handled in time, will cause the magnetic steel degaussing, so that the magnetic centrifugal pump coupling failure. Therefore, the magnetic centrifugal pump should be designed with a reliable cooling system. For mediums that are not easy to vaporize, the cooling circulation system generally leads to fluid flow from impeller outlet or pump outlet, through bearings and magnetic drive parts back to the absorption population, to the easy vaporization of the medium, should increase the heat exchanger or the liquid flow to the tank outside the pump, to avoid heat back to the absorption of the population, the medium with solid impurities or ferromagnetic impurities, should consider filtration, for high temperature media, should consider cooling, to ensure that the magnetic coupling does not exceed the operating limit temperature. When considering whether the speed is sufficient, first check whether the speed of the motor itself is normal, can be measured by a tachometer, in the case of normal motor speed, can consider whether there will be a magnetic coupling slip. 

(4) The head is insufficient. The causes of this failure are: air in the conveying medium, impeller damage, speed is not enough, the proportion of the transport liquid is too large, the flow is too large.

(5) Insufficient traffic. The main reasons for the lack of flow are: impeller damage, speed is not enough, head is too high, there is clutter in the tube blockage and so on.
