The interior of the coupling has elastic parts made of metal springs or rubber plastics, so it has the function of cushioning the suction and the ability to adapt to axis offsets. It is suitable for the case of bearing variable load shock and frequent start-up and positive reversal, as well as for situations where the 2 axis cannot be strictly aligned. There are no elastic parts in the rigid coupling, so there is no ability to cushion the absorbent. Magnetic drive coupling is a non-contact coupling, it consists of 2 magnets inside and outside, the middle by the isolation cover will be separated by 2 magnets, the inner magnet and the drive is connected, the external magnet and the power unit connected. In addition to the function of elastic coupling buffer suction, the most important feature of magnetic drive coupling is that it breaks the structure form of the traditional coupling, adopts the new principle of magnetic coupling, realizes the transfer of force and torque between the active shaft and the driven shaft without direct contact, and can seal the motion into a static seal to achieve zero leakage.
