The magnetic coupling is a permanent magnet synchronous coupling that uses the magnetic force between the inner and outer rotors to transmit torque, which can prevent the loss of precision caused by mechanical wear and be effectively controlled, and has a longer life. The coupling transmission distance is shortened, the system operation is more stable, and the vibration is lower, the noise is lower, and the overall reliability is higher. The isolation sleeve is installed between the inner and outer rotors, which can completely isolate and seal the torque transmission between the input end and the output end. For the transportation of some dangerous, toxic, corrosive and other media, it can effectively prevent serious leakage accidents.
The product has no auxiliary hydraulic and cooling systems, and no contact between the inner and outer rotors, which greatly reduces the difficulty and frequency of maintenance, reduces the cost of maintenance, reduces the number of shutdowns, and improves production efficiency. In case of pipeline blockage or pressure increase, this magnetic coupling has automatic overload protection, which effectively prevents dangerous situations such as overload explosion and pipeline rupture, and reduces the probability of accidents.
